Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
To keep our COD service seamless and secure, please note the following:
Order Verification: For all COD orders, our team may contact you via WhatsApp or phone call to confirm your delivery details. Unverified orders may be subject to cancellation.
Payment at Doorstep: Please have the exact total ready for the courier agent. Our delivery partners usually do not carry large amounts of change.
Package Inspection: Per standard courier policy, packages cannot be opened before the payment is made. If you find any issues with the product after opening, please refer to our Replacement Policy for a quick resolution.
Tracking Your Order
The moment your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation via email or SMS containing your Tracking Number. You can use this to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are 100% accurate. Urban Dune cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information. If a package is returned to us after multiple failed attempts, a small re-shipping fee may apply to send it out again.
