Replacement Eligibility

Product Condition As a responsible brand, Urban Dune ensures that every product reaches our customers in its original, premium condition. If you receive an item that is incorrect, faulty, broken, or damaged, you are eligible for a replacement.

Timeframe * 30-Day Window: We cater to all complaints lodged within 30 days of delivery.

7-Day Free Replacement: Requests made within the first 7 days from the date of delivery will be processed completely free of cost.

Extended Period: For requests made after the initial 7 days (but within the 30-day window), certain service charges may apply.

Replacement Process

Initiation To start a replacement, please share a video of the incorrect, faulty, or damaged product with our customer support team within the eligible timeframe.

Note: Often, issues arise from product setup or usage. Our team will first attempt to guide you through a fix. If we determine the product is indeed faulty, we will proceed with one of the following options:

Option A: Warehouse Return We will ask you to ship the product in its original packaging (including the original box and all accessories) to our warehouse:

Tazah Global LLC, Warehouse # 13, Plot # 4488, Al Sajaa Industrial, Sharjah, UAE. Within 5 working days of receiving your return, we will ship your new replacement free of charge.

Option B: Courier Exchange We will schedule a replacement for you within 14 working days. Please ensure the product is packed in its original box with all accessories. The courier will pick up the faulty item and provide your replacement simultaneously.

Important Limitations

Change of Mind: Please note that Urban Dune does not offer replacements or exchanges for "change of mind."

Refunds: We do not have a refund policy; our commitment is to ensure you receive a working, high-quality product through our replacement process.
